 at 1:12 PMYesterday went to work for F1 traffic marshall. This is a very last min job, think around 11 plus 12 night rayne msg me told me about this job. Agreed cuz nothing to do at home anyway. But the most stupid thing is that we confirm le yet we dont have white polo tee and i dun have cover shoe. So ytd midnight i started digging out clothes that are white and i got no cover shoe. End up i wear a 3/4 sleeve white clothes and a very ugly and hard cover shoe which i dunno belong to who. I feel like going shopping instead of working. I saw my 1 sec friend and 2 ex working colleague. Came back home at around 8. Straight away sleep until today 1.13pm. My eyes still very pain. Later going to see doc, mum give me money and dad call me and ask about how my eyes. So unexpected ar haha. What we did for our job yesterday. 10am: reach marina square mac. 10-11am: wait for a guy to fetch us in to the f1 site. Then we walk a 10min route to the site. 11am: Wait for another guy to instruct us what to do. 11.45am: That guy came back and tell us to go for our lunch till 1pm. As hot sun is too glaring for my eyes, my eyes start to feel pain. 11.45am-1pm: We walk around and didn eat cuz we got no money. WORST thing is singapore flyer got no POSB BANK! WTH! My cover shoe started to open it mouth cuz it is hungry also. Fed it with superglue that i bought it at 7 eleven. Luckily they did sell superglue. Lots of cars outside flyer.               At popeyes     1.30pm: That guy finally came. My eyes cant open already. 1.30pm- 2pm: Standing under the hot sun still waiting for instruction from that guy. Finally he come back and bring us to the road and stand. We cant do alot of thing cuz we didn got the vest and the metal pass. 2pm- 2.45pm- Standind along the road. No car allowed to park along the road and this is what we need to look out. This is the road that we are standing. Basically, most of us gather one place and chat. Some even sit down.  WE are standing infront of this machine and suddenly it started engine and we shocked and scream cuz of the loud engine sound. Everyone looking at us. Super paiseh. Faster took our bags that are lying infront of the wheel and we ran to the opposite side. By that time, my eyes cannot open again. I even took out my contact lenses. So all along i cant look up cause eyes will auto close when it detect light. I am suffering the whole day. Sitting down and singing all along.  Can see my feet is pain, pain and duper pain!  2.45pm-3.15pm: we walked to singapore flyer there to slack. Then we come back again. Sit there do nth. Easy money. MY eyes can throw away le. I keep changing position to avoid sun light. And the stupid ahma keep taking picture and ask me take picture also. My eyes cant see le still ask me take picture.   AHMA IS THE LAZIEST PERSON I EVER SEEN. we sit there until 4plus. Two black security guy who previously bring us to the site early morning, walk over and laugh at me when they see me covering my face using tissue and i told ah ma that they are laughing at me. At that moment i tot they are coming to say that we can go home already but instead they ask us why are we sitting down there. FAINT. One of that security call ken and i think ah ma in love with him cuz she save his number. AHMA LIKE BLACK MAN. Went back to popeyes to sleep for around 30min. Walked back to the road again at 5plus. Sit there until 6. Before that we all(other bunch of temp) called alot of people to check what we suppose to do. The agency ask us to call ken later ken tel us to cal tommy then a guy complain say ltr tel us call tommy mother , father, grandma........... blah blah. I think we are too angry le. LOL That guy finally come back. FINALLY CAN GO HOME LE! He later thanks us for coming down, he told us even though this is a simple job but this is important to keep the road clear from car. LOL. I think he dunno we didn even do our job. So that all. 9.30am to 6.30pm is the time pay started counting. $8/hrs. Super relax job even though my eyes is suffering the whole afternoon. xoxo, you know you love me |
